Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 30 days of delivery of your purchase. Returns can only be accepted if the text on your letter differs from the text in your order or subsequent change request. Desk of Claus is not liable for spelling or grammar errors present on your order.

1. Please email returns@deskofclaus.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned letter to the address provided by autoresponder at returns@deskofclaus.com
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

		Select Your Letter Style Choose from one of our letter text samples or write your own!
		Select Your Claus Stationary Choose from 1 of 8 different Santa Claus stationary styles.
		Add Your Child's Info Provide info like your child's name or age, then preview your letter before check out.
		Place Your Order Use our secure online checkout to order any number of letters quickly and easily. Delivery will be made between Dec. 10th and Dec. 24th.
